What’s the difference between Subscription and Build & Own?

Subscription means AVA hosts everything for you and you pay monthly — like Netflix. Build & Own means we build a custom version for you in 2–4 weeks, you own the source code, and pay a small monthly hosting fee. By Year 2, Build & Own is significantly cheaper.

Can I switch from Subscription to Build & Own later?

Yes. We’ll credit a portion of your subscription fees toward the build cost. Talk to us.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

We export everything to you within 7 days, then delete from our systems within 30 days. Right-to-be-forgotten compliant.

How does LLM passthrough billing work?

We track your actual API usage (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini) and bill it monthly at cost + 25%. Transparent invoice, no markup hidden in the subscription.

Is InTake GDPR and EU AI Act compliant?
