Will it book the right length for each service?
Yes. You tell us your service list and how long each takes; a balayage blocks three hours and a fringe trim blocks fifteen minutes, under the right stylist.
Does it work with my calendar?
It books straight into Google Calendar or Microsoft 365, with double-booking prevention and buffer time between clients.
Can it handle the waiting list when someone cancels?
Yes. When a slot frees up it can offer it to the people who asked to be told, in order, until someone takes it.
What if someone asks something it does not know?
It says so and offers to have you call back, rather than inventing a price. It only answers from the service list and policies you gave it.
What’s the difference between Subscription and Build & Own?
Subscription means AVA hosts everything for you and you pay monthly, like Netflix. Build & Own means we build a custom version for you in 2–4 weeks, you own the source code, and pay a small monthly hosting fee. By Year 2, Build & Own is significantly cheaper.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We export everything to you within 7 days, then delete from our systems within 30 days. Right-to-be-forgotten compliant.
How does LLM passthrough billing work?
We track your actual API usage (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini) and bill it monthly at cost × 1.20. Transparent invoice, no markup hidden in the subscription.
Is InTake GDPR and EU AI Act compliant?
Built to support your GDPR and EU AI Act obligations. Every deployment ships with a ready-to-sign Data Processing Agreement (AVV), a documented risk assessment under the Art. 6(3) derogation, Article 50 transparency met in-product, and optional Frankfurt data residency. Compliance is a shared duty: we supply the pack and the technical measures, you remain the data controller.
What languages does InTake speak?
30+ languages with seamless switching mid-conversation. Common: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Arabic, Mandarin.
Can I rename the agent to fit my brand?
Yes. Lilou is the default name, but each deployment can use any name. “Sophie at Dr. Jansen’s office” or “Marco from Casa Luna.” Whatever fits your brand.
